Abstract:

This article establishes connections based on mad arts between mad art first-person activism, dissident embodiment through digital artistic practice, and Afro-biofuturistic knowledge in Afro-Mexican channeling together with bacterial knowledge. Through art-based support between mad women, which involves technological and bacterial biotechnological support, we propose artistic speculation in crip activism, consisting of digital artwork questioning, disseminating, and reaffirming the remembrance of ancestral interspecies and multispecies knowledge. Thus, we look to expand other ontological and epistemological, anti-ciscolonialist growing fields, by means of a channeling autobiography that disrupts scientific and psychiatric racism, whitewashed, biologicist-rationalist, pathologizing, speciesist, anthropocentric, capitalist, saneist, and ableist.

Keywords: Afro-Mexican channeling/Afro-madness, queer-nonbinary Afro-biofuturism, virtual body/dissidence.
